“Anything can be mocked” is quite freeing. Just be yourself, because even if you try to conform to some kind of “proper” behaviour someone will laugh at you or denigrate you. So f**ck ‘em. Just do you.
It’s such a green flag when someone is clearly proud of their partner and family. I’ll come to the ribbon cutting when you unveil your statue of Victoria!

🙋🏾♀️Thanks for this in my in-box 😁 With the Aotearoa news cycle being somewhat enraging as each disadvantaged group gets dumped on by their govt, this was both entertaining but raised valid points to think about via the Raygun saga (which I vaguely know about via snippets, but couldn't care enough to follow up on!🤷🏾♀️) Just proves the whole exercise is pointless & apparently resulted in some horrific bullying & worse 🤬
As for "wife guy" - my take on Zuckerberg's latest to surface is just the opposite? As in long before JD Vance popularised being "weird" in a creepy way (as opposed to us weirdos who are weird in a GOOD way!) Zuck was the absolute definition and routinely portrayed that way, so MY take is he is using his wife to try and "normalise" his persona. BTW under the definitions you share it doesn't apply to him objectively, as arguably he is one of the most recognisable names in the US and beyond because of FB associations, whereas I have no idea who is wife is and what she does 😉
As for you, I look forward to the day when YOUR wife is as famous as YOU! I'm sure she deserves recognition, but a bit of a way to catch up to you yet (GO Victoria 👍🏾😁) and don't stop promoting her eh? That statue would be AMAZING (as opposed to the Zuck whatever) - where do you propose to put it? 🤔There are some empty school buildings in Wellington that could do with being brightened up ...

That is a great piece. I like not too long but fully wraps up the argument both sides.
