That list of restaurants has exquisite tabulation! I learned to do this in third form typing and have never had an irl use for it. But in the days before word processors, the typist would count up the max number of characters in each column and use that to figure out the width of each column. The fact that this isn't just a handwritten list, that someone has actually gone to the effort of neatly typing it out with such elegant columns is *chefs kiss*
